  • Somatic Experiencing®

    A body-based trauma resolution method developed by Dr. Peter Levine. SE works gently with the nervous system to release stuck survival energy, restore regulation, and support resilience.

  • Ecopsychology & Ecotherapy

    Healing rooted in relationship with the earth. Ecotherapy invites the living world as collaborator, recognizing our interconnectedness and restoring balance in body-mind-spirit.

  • Expressive Movement

    Creative, body-based exploration rooted in the Laban-Bartenieff Movement System, with influences from Body-Mind Centering®, Body-Mind Psychotherapy, and dance therapy more generally.

  • The Work that Reconnects

    A group process developed by Joanna Macy that weaves deep ecology, systems thinking, eco-spirituality, and Buddhist philosophy to transform despair into action.

    A holistic approach based on somatic awareness and listening to our bodies to guide life choices and support personal growth.

  • Cultural & Politicized Somatics

    Embodiment with a focus on justice and collective organizing. These lineages recognize that trauma is personal, collective, cultural, and historical.

  • Death Doula Training

    Mindfulness-based approach to death, dying, and grieving. Make transition experiences more meaningful, profound and sacred for everyone touched by them, including family and community.

    Institute of Traditional Medicine: Contemplative End of Life Care Program. (50 hours)

  • Creative Facilitation & Community Work

    Community classes and workshops through Earthbound Futures, mixing personal mythology, sci-fi theatre, and wrestling.

    Consultations and participatory evaluations with communities in the Amazon, as part of PhD research.

    Community embodiment and ritual work in queer and activist spaces.

    Knotty Groups: Facilitating Transformation - course with Nadia Chaney, creator of the Toolsi platform.

  • Spiritual Lineages

    Eclectic and syncretic, rooted in mystical and magical arts. Influences from my Celtic (Welsh, Irish) and Slavic (Ukrainian) ancestry as well as on-going practice-study of Vajrayana Buddhism, Esoteric Christianity, and Witchcraft. While living in Brazil, I came to know the traditions of Santo Daime and Umbanda. For ten years, they have been my primary spiritual path.
