Expect to be surprised by your own depth, by waves of inspiration, and by a growing lightness of being.
Sessions include guided inner explorations, body-mind education, and embodiment practices. These may involve movement, touch, breath, and sounding, woven together with mindfulness, imagination, and creative inquiry. Together we build your self-knowledge and open space for new possibilities to emerge.
We begin by cultivating presence and curiosity. We build safety and containment, and attune to your needs, desires, and body-system states. From there, we follow what is alive — working at the pace that is right for you.
Over time, this supports you to reorganize, repair, and act with greater alignment — so you can follow your life path with more courage, clarity, and care.

Somatics is a modern umbrella term for a wide range of practices and philosophies that engage our bodies. Today it's often associated with nervous system regulation — but at its core, it's about much more. For me, somatics is about experiencing ourselves as whole, living organisms, as body-mind-spirit. It's about the natural intelligence of our bodies, and our connections with other beings, places, and ancestors. It is a way of knowing ourselves as part of the world, and discovering the power of our impulses to protect, connect, and create. While not always recognized, somatics owes much of its emergence to traditional, indigenous, and earth-based cultures around the world.

"Eco" comes from the Greek word oikos, meaning home. For me, ecosomatics is about coming home to our bodies and to our place in the web of Life. It reminds us that we are not separate from the biosphere; we are participants in living systems we all depend on. This work is grounded in an animist perspective that honors more-than-human beings as teacher, guide, and kin. I believe this kind of relational repair is especially important for settlers of European ancestry, like myself, who carry deep severance from place-based, ancestral ways.
